The results I have seen are amazing. The first week I just lost 2 pounds but in the next few weeks my fat was gone away speedy. The diet can be very hard at times, especially when you are cooking meals for your family that you cannot eat, but watching the scale go down has made it worth every minute. The appetite control is great since I don't get cravings but I can still eat and enjoy it(other products that do control appetite, when you try to eat you feel like your body wants to reject the food). You do have to remind yourself to eat though or you will get a headache, but that's the same for me if I go through an entire day of not eating. On day a pill and after that, I just feel the energy and sometimes goose bumps since you get that feeling like you need to burn some energy and go for a run. I work out during the week, mostly dancing, running and cycling. I'll report back in a few weeks once I see my results.

Love this pill! I am taking 2 per day after I hit my plateau and I have the energy to really push through my workouts. Lost 22 lbs since May 7th! You DO HAVE TO TAKE IT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH "AT LEAST" 20 min before you eat or it WILL NOT WORK OR it didn't for me anyway. I'm not trying to sell it but it does work.

i tried this product after several women in my workplace started taking it and claimed great results. Admittedly, I am younger than they are, but I needed something to kick start my weight loss. Not like I was overweight - I am 5'3", 24 years old, and am approx~135 pounds. I'm 21 years old, 5'6" and normal weight of 130. I didn't start taking these to intentionally shed a ton of weight. Two of my friends had both had amazing results with them (Losing 15-25 lbs in 1-2 months of use) and had told me that they have more energy and less cravings. I decided to try it out.
Obviously this has lead to weight loss. The first week I lost between 5-7 pounds without intentionally dieting or any exercise.
After 2 weeks, I haven't really noticed pounds coming off per se, but I can tell I have lost weight in general and the cravings/appetite is still very low.

Heard about this product and was only able to get slim max, Which did not work. so i tried this pills, the first pack did not work. But i tried another months supply and it did work! I lost 30lbs! The stories about side effects are true if exaggerated. You do experience horrible taste in your mouth, but i was told the taste is becuase of not drinking enough water. Tried the water and that seem to solve the problem.
